1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using ROSTER ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and others who access the Platform.

2. Description of service

ROSTER is a professional DJ and artist booking platform that connects DJs and musical artists with promoters, venues, and event organizers. The Platform allows artists to create public profiles, manage booking inquiries, set availability, and engage with a private community. Promoters can discover artists, send booking inquiries, and manage confirmed engagements.

ROSTER is a discovery and communication tool. It is not a booking agency and does not take a commission on any bookings made through the Platform. All booking agreements are made directly between artists and promoters.

3. Accounts and registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on ROSTER. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

One person may hold both a DJ/Artist account and a Promoter account on the Platform simultaneously. You are responsible for all actions taken under any profile associated with your login.

4. User content

You retain ownership of any content you post on ROSTER, including profile bios, photos, mixes, and posts in the community feed. By submitting content, you grant ROSTER a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is false, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of another's privacy, or that infringes any intellectual property rights.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post spam, unsolicited messages, or promotional material
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Create fake bookings, fraudulent reviews, or misleading profile information

6. Bookings and transactions

ROSTER facilitates communication between artists and promoters but is not a party to any booking agreement. Any contract, payment, or dispute arising from a booking is solely between the artist and the promoter. ROSTER accepts no liability for failed bookings, disputes over fees, or the conduct of any user in relation to a booking.

Users are encouraged to confirm all booking details in writing before any event takes place.

7. Ratings and reviews

Ratings and reviews submitted through ROSTER must be honest and based on genuine experience. ROSTER reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms. Users who manipulate ratings, whether their own or others', may have their accounts suspended or removed.

8. Intellectual property

The ROSTER name, logo, design, and all Platform-generated content are the property of Roster Bookings and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without explicit written permission.

9. Termination

ROSTER reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine to be harmful to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ROSTER does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROSTER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
